Which processes can be mapped via Swynoo?

Swynoo maps the entire dispatching process, from order entry to invoicing. The Swynoo app enables seamless communication between dispatchers and drivers. Delivery notes can be signed directly on-site by the customer via the app, and work orders can be photographed. After delivery, the delivery notes are available for review and can then be approved for invoicing. All approved delivery notes can be converted into invoices with just a few clicks and are immediately available to customers in the customer portal. Furthermore, the solution features open interfaces, allowing integration with third-party systems and leaving nothing to be desired. For example, the interface to an accounting program enables the seamless and automatic transfer of generated invoice items.

Support through Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence supports dispatching by displaying vehicle and order suggestions. Specifically, based on various factors such as the current location of vehicles, availability, vehicle categories, etc., suitable orders are suggested to achieve an efficiency that a human could only achieve with considerable time and effort. Conversely, Swynoo's AI also enables the display of the best possible orders based on the selected vehicles. Finally, AI support can also help counteract the problem of empty mileage.

Automatic status change via geofencing

After the material has been loaded and the vehicle leaves the designated area, the status automatically changes again to "Second trip started". This transparency provides dispatchers with real-time information about the status of the drivers with regard to deliveries, allowing for faster action on subsequent orders. All dispatched vehicles are also continuously tracked and displayed on the map for dispatchers.

What are the next steps?

The plan is to improve the layout view thanks to the Geofencing Further optimization is planned.
