Your responsibilities at Comitas include:
Ensuring high-quality service for our customers.
Receiving and qualifying user reports and questions regarding web applications (2nd level support) from customers in various industries.
Coordination of the problem solution with the Comitas development team.
Close collaboration with the IT and specialist departments of the clients.
Direct contact with users throughout Switzerland (Germany and a little France/Italy).
Capturing knowledge base entries and optimizing support processes.
Coordination with developers regarding support cases and possible solutions.
Responsibility for testing new and modified web applications. This includes creating test cases for functional and business tests.
You've come to the right place if you:
You are a qualified individual with completed vocational training in the IT field.
You have experience in supporting modern web applications and SQL databases. Programming skills are not required.
You are reliable and responsible, and you place high demands on the quality of your work.
You enjoy working in a structured and analytical way, think in a networked way, and quickly recognize relevant connections.
You are communicative and enjoy maintaining contact with customers.
You speak and write perfect German and good English.
