- For media professionals The module enables direct registration via a form on the website. Applications are stored in the eSBER system and reviewed by the relevant authorities. Upon approval, media professionals receive a notification including badge information, which is available for collection at the media center.
- Technical specialists They can be registered via the system and provided with individual access data. Emergency deployments are given special consideration to ensure smooth processes even in urgent situations.
- Participants in council debates receive personalized badges that allow access permissions to be managed dynamically and tailored to the duration of the debate.

- Digital badge creation and managementEach badge is assigned a unique ID, visitor type, and a QR code. The QR code can be downloaded and placed on the badge, ensuring secure and quick access for visitors.
- Simple issue and return: Visitors present their QR code upon entry, which is scanned by Fedpol or other authorized agencies. The system automatically displays the corresponding booking details. Upon return, the badge is scanned again, and the booking is finalized in the system. An integrated timestamp documents the entire process.
- Detailed reporting: A new reporting feature allows for precise tracking of badge issuance and return. Administrators can quickly identify which badges have not yet been returned and take appropriate action.
- Configurable visitor types: Administrators can create and manage visitor types via an intuitive user interface. This keeps the system flexible and adaptable to future requirements.
- Multilingual integration: All processes and notifications are available in multiple languages (German, French, Italian, English), which increases accessibility and user-friendliness.
