Comitas developed a web-based and user-friendly solution for an Eastern Swiss construction company, enabling the recording and distribution of work orders, including documents, from the back office. Orders can be entered directly into the application, facilitating targeted daily and weekly planning for the workforce. The sending of work orders and work reports creates greater transparency for all involved and reduces the controlling effort within the company. The application's responsive design is optimized for tablets, allowing employees to record all work steps directly within the application, eliminating paperwork. All data is available to every user anytime, anywhere, and, most importantly, in real time.
