Comitas AG is launching a new digitization project to expand an existing specialized application. In the future, the accreditation of external personnel and the reservation of rooms will be fully digitized. The goal is to make processes more efficient, secure, and user-friendly, while simultaneously improving visitor management.
Initial situation
Until now, accreditations and room reservations were processed manually, resulting in numerous media breaks. This approach led to high administrative costs, media inconsistencies, and increased security risks.

Implementation is carried out using agile methods in short development cycles. The foundation is a proven business application, which is extended and adapted to the project requirements. The solution is based on .NET, SQL, and Angular, is operated in a secure Swiss cloud, and meets the highest standards for data protection and IT security – including two-factor authentication, penetration testing, and accessibility standards.
