In the mothers' and fathers' counseling service, particularly sensitive social data is processed daily. Case management involves sensitive information such as counseling sessions, stressful situations, and the personal circumstances of families. Therefore, it is all the more important that data protection is not only technically ensured but also actively practiced through a clear concept of roles and rights.

At MVB, various departments work with a digital case file – from field consultants to department heads and controllers. Everyone needs access to different data and functions. Modern case management software clearly maps these roles, for example through:
- differentiated read, write and delete rights
- Role-based access to only relevant case information
- Configurable masks and processes depending on responsibility

A well-designed rights management system also enables a clear separation of responsibilities in the MVB (Medical Care Association) without hindering collaboration.
