Reusspark – Planning and managing quality of life with Intrapac

ReussparkThe center for care and support faced the challenge of improving its work and communication processes. The realization that inefficiencies, complexity, and redundancies were hindering effective workflows led the institution to the Comitas intranet portal.

The objective was to organize the multidisciplinary team at Reusspark and simplify the management of workflows. The intranet offered numerous possibilities, which not only provided a foundation for various expansion options but were also, in some cases, specifically tailored to the needs of Reusspark.

The portal's clear structure and navigation proved to be an effective solution for communication and information problems at Reusspark. A comprehensive control tool within the application enabled successful management of user administration, coordination of admissions and discharges, room changes for residents and staff, and detailed insights into their living situations.

Specialized applications elevated resource management, vehicle reservations, and the issuance of registration forms for the technical services department to a new level. The intranet served not only as an indispensable hub for event management but also as the central element for organizing events, room reservations, and training and professional development at Reusspark. The intranet also functioned as a central repository for the event calendar, telephone directory, and image archives. The technology's customizability enabled a comprehensive administrative solution for the care center.

Another challenge was adapting employees to the innovative information policy. The project was implemented in 2008, and to this day almost all employees use the intranet portal daily, which is indispensable in virtually every area of ​​work. The "single point of information" has not only prevented information from being lost or arriving late, but has also shortened response times and significantly reduced the need for paper.

Thanks to the intranet, digitalization has taken place in the Reusspark not only has it reached a new dimension, but it has also raised the administration to an efficient and future-oriented level.
