Comitas AG has created an application for Orion that makes it possible to cover all processes from the offer to the activity management and the invoicing for the provision of legal services, thus giving Orion customers the opportunity to obtain additional legal services from Orion.

The application was developed using agile methods within just a few weeks and integrated into Orion's existing application landscape. This short implementation phase allows Orion to quickly and easily enter and establish a foothold in the new business area. Furthermore, it accelerates the digitalization of business processes and allows the application to be further adapted to changing markets and internal requirements.

The new application was implemented according to Orion's requirements, ensuring that the processes are aligned with the tasks and activities of the employees and enabling efficient workflows within the system from the outset. In particular, the modular structure for generating quotes allows for the creation of customized legal service proposals tailored to individual client needs.
