CarNet becomes part of AXA Mobility

With the acquisition of CarNet Management AG through the power of AXA Mobility Services AG (AMS) has reached an important milestone in Swiss fleet management. CarNet is being gradually integrated into AMS; the merger is already legally complete, and the brand merger will follow in 2026.

For customers, the crucial point remains: Existing projects and partnerships will continue unchanged. The long-standing collaboration between CarNet and Comitas will also continue. Comitas has supported CarNet in the further development and project management of key software solutions over the past years – this partnership will now continue seamlessly under the umbrella of AXA Mobility Services.

This allows customers to benefit from the stability of existing solutions while simultaneously gaining access to the expanded possibilities offered by integration with AMS. For Comitas, this means continuing to provide reliable project support and technical expertise, while AXA Mobility Services expands and secures its fleet management capabilities for the long term.
